Let's really CRUSH this bodyweight HIIT workout! 50 Minutes of 40 seconds of work 20 seconds rest in 3 rounds of each exercise with a switch up each round to suggest progressive overload! If you like variety you are going to LOVE this workout! We will alternate 3 rounds of leg exercises and 3 rounds of ab exercises. Grab your mat, your water bottle, sweat towel, your resistance bands if you have them, and let's go! Push it hard and let's work up a SERIOUS SWEAT! I must say that I STRAIGHT RAN from this workout but today I decided to face it and I daresay I CRUSHED IT and started the day with sense of accomplishment!!! Thanks Sydney and Dustin for helping me push past some limiting beliefs!!

This one was perfection! I used it as an active rest day option, used lighter weights and my medium glute band and felt the burn! So gooood!!

I was nervous when I saw 50 minutes, but I remembered its not 50 minutes of what we did yesterday!🤣 thanks goodness for that!!!! I ABSOLUTELY loving waking up to you Sydney and sometimes sad when its over!😥 Anyone else feel that way???? BUT I figured this is an awesome feeling to have because it means I'm DEDICATED!💪 And goodness, do I need to feel that or I'll fall off track for sure during this holiday season! 🤦🏼‍♀️Thank you Sydney and our AWESOME squad! This was a great workout and the time went by so fast. I added a bit of jump rope between each set. Pushing myself to do more of the cardio as well. ❤

This was my fav leg and abs workout to date!! The variety with each set kept it going, and before I knew the workout was over! Been knocking out a workout everyday with you since July, and look forward to them each day. October was an off month for me, didn’t hit all my goals, but pushed play when I could. Back into it for November, and ready to finish the year off strong! Thank you for being inspiring and motivating each day! ❤️

Usually Tuesday is a HIIT day for me but they changed my work schedule which plays a part in how I schedule my workouts. I was irritated with that and just had a bad day overall. I knew doing this workout would be the highlight of my day, and it was. It's also really great, having those little reminders about maintaining proper form. I think sometimes we get fatigued and don't even realize we've relaxed a little bit until someone calls attention to it. Can't wait for tomorrow's workout 😉
