Just a warning for people who get the terraria ambience mod. Using the recursion crafting with magic storage while the terraria ambience is on will for some reason glitch out and possibly crash your game. I don’t know if it’s been fixed yet but it’s a good thing to know.

Quick heads up, played for about 12h just to realize my world didn’t have an Sunken Sea. Reason being is because Remnants isn’t fully compatible with Calamity which causes world generation errors. That doesn’t mean your world won’t be fine you just gotta create one that has it.

It would be a good idea to have a reccomended keybinding section in your notion page. Many of these mods introduce a lot of new controls and as a new-comer to the Terraria modding scene it would be really cool to see what other folks are doing. I also experienced some issues in world gen with all the mods enabled as the game kept crashing before completing world gen. I ended up disabling the ambiance and ambiance api mods during world gen to resolve this issue and turning the mods back on to play in the world.

I had to step down to revengence for skeletron (ive never done revengence mode either tbh) but for whatever reason when i came back to cryogen after having my ass beat by him, i realized i had left Infernum on by accident (i had turned it on for the mob spawn boost while farming) but for whatever reason he was way easier to dodge that way and i somehow first tried the infernum fight when the revengence version was kicking my ass :I got cocky, went to try infernum twins and got burned alive instantly lmao. EDIT: Same thing happened with calamitas clone, except it was my actual first time fighting it on that world and i didnt realize after i beat it that i was still on infernum. Verdict: Infernum wack. Sometimes its piss easy, sometimes its undodgable bullshit (like skeletron flying in the sky raining bullets at you so you can barely hit him if your melee and golems sans undertale ah spear attack).

@@bromex_ I think something bugged because it seems like perennial ore didnt generate after I killed plantera. I managed to get some from the perennial slimes for the Hellkite, but grinding those slimes for enough for Life Alloy would really suck.

Don’t forget fargos mutant mod and a vein miner of your choice. Don’t have the mod pack YET but I’m pretty sure it didn’t mention the calamity vfx mod so add that too. (If you have good pc)

Uh guys, i think calamity overhaul + infernum makes the mech bosses pretty mad, the twins get an absurd attack pattern and skeletron prime becames mech mayhem (You have to fight the 3 mech bosses at the same time)

Just put all mods except the one that changes graphics and put on not skipping the frames in the setting and done u can play well u still will be in slow mo some times but this experience better than nothing :)

I want to go overboard and add thorium + fargo's souls mod DLC to get the full experience. My question is this a good idea or will there be game breaking incompatibility issues with this modpack. Also I would like to play on hardest difficulty, would that be infernum or eternity + death mode since i cant use infernum + eternity. I don't think there should be major compatibility issues, but just remember that the difficulty added by Fargo isn't compatible with calamity difficulties. But if you want my personal opinion, the mods included in the video would be really enough

Infernum removes the chests, If I am right you have to craft the items from the abyss. Some you don’t craft like iron boots however

I do wanna put out a PSA about Remnants. The mod is not yet FULLY compatible, as stated in the video all structures will be generated, however places like the Sulphurous Sea and Abyss will have some pretty heinous visual bugs. It’s not game-breaking but very annoying to play with. Also some seeds will result in a crash and some won’t.

I found most visual bugs were fixed by changing high fps support back to 60fps native

Actually, it's not just visual bugs. It's very possible for the Sunken Sea to simply fail to generate with Remnants installed. Happened to me.

I suggest not using or play cal overhaul at all due to stolen code, breaking 2 bosses and is able to corrupt your world and character files. The code it steals from it stars above bury the light judgment cut, infernum and wotg visuals also avarita mod. It also breaks 2 bosses(skeletron prime and empress of light) And the corrupting part? To prevent this. Delete all cal overhaul items and disable the mod. Its also not made by a offical cal dev

Hey, I really want to run this modpack with my friends but when I download all the mods from your steamworkshop link none work and they say I need to redownload all of them. I bit the bullet and manually went to each mod you had and downloaded it but it crashes during world gen. I also tried download the actual modpack file from your link and that is also buggy and wont download or enable the mods. What else can I do cause I really want to play this?
