I know this video was posted a while back but a few fun facts about Texas are: - We have kolaches which are a czech pastry that either have fruit or meat and cheese in them and they are a very popular thing in Texas and as far as I know are really only a Texas thing - There's a town in west texas called Marfa that has a phenomenon called the Marfa Lights which are these random lights that show up in the sky sometimes and no one knows what they are or why they happen - There's another town in west texas called Lajitas who's mayor is Clay Henry III, a beer drinking goat - This might be a thing in other states but there's a Texas pledge we have to say in school every morning just like the pledge of allegiance
