Harbinger's Echo qualifies as rare. I'm an an owner of the Sparrow myself. Getting the sparrow can take 6 weeks or more. This is the reason few people have it. Most people aren't gonna bother.

I’m a fan of the unique-looking ones such as 2:23 photo cycle, 4:15 galvanic fork and 7:26 lunatic legacy . The Harley/chopper-style sparrows like 8:30 Residual Trace seems more comfortable to ride . The others were simply too gaudy for my liking

Fun fact: It took me 6 weeks to get Harbinger's Echo. To start destroying the taken eggs you first need to get the Wish-Ender (which is just as tedious as trying to get Harbinger's Echo). It requires you to beat Shattered Throne once and afterwards you can begin the secret quest. After you get Wish-Ender you have to destroy 40 taken eggs across the Dreaming City. The locations are in the Dreaming City (duh), Shattered Throne, Last Wish raid, The Corrupted strike and Ascendant Challenges (each week having a new one). In short if you're impatient don't bother.

Most of the rarity of these items is derived from the cash shop selling each sparrow for around 8 USD a pop, with some being sold for more. Kinda disappointing knowing that you would have to pay a rent/ mortgage payment in order to use these unique items rather than obtaining them through organic means in game. The ABSOLUTE worst part about this falsified rarity of these items though is that whether we wanted it or not, we've stepped into a war with the Cabal on Mars. So let's get to taking out their command, one by one. Valus Ta'aurc. From what I can gather he commands the Siege Dancers from an Imperial Land Tank outside of Rubicon. He's well protected, but with the right team, we can punch through those defenses, take this beast out, and break their grip on Freehold.

The Memorium Sol has been pretty much the only sparrow I’ve used since 2018, specifically because it’s the only sparrow in D2 that has that model. A few other sparrows have the same base model, but they have some other stuff added on (Harbinger’s Echo, Always on Time, etc.) (For those who don’t know the first sparrow you ever get in D1 used that model. So I guess it’s just nostalgia.)
