As a girl, I think the reason why the cardigan guy got a lot of the girls is cause he just exudes sophistication. He’s not too loud, cocky or overly forward, but at the same time he actively tries to stay engaged in conversation with all three women (this also shows masculinity in a subtle and palatable manner). You can tell that he’s confident in his style. He also seems a little sensitive and attentive which can be very attractive traits. I think rob and noah are more calm and collected which give of a more feminine energy but they are still masculine where as in my opinion ryan exudes TOO much hyper masculine energy and theres no balance. As a female, I'll give my two cents on the tall guy in the cardigan. I remember when I saw him in the lineup, he was really striking. He actually kinda has a funny looking face that isn't conventionally attractive (if we're being frfr), but he has a great, very genuine and sweet smile and energy. Something seemed very good natured, friendly and magnetic about him. I thought the fit was horrendous, but some girls are going to think it's very stylistic and like it. He has a tall, athletic build...that also stood out. So, to sum it up...smiley, warm energy + stands out from the crowd + tall, athletic build = W. Hope that helps.

Hi, girl here. Personally, I like the cardigan guy’s look, I think the more feminine outfits make guys look more approachable, relatable and datable. It’s a rockstar, boyband, musician type look that's still very popular - he reminded me of Harry Styles (long hair, clean-shaven). A more feminine man doesn’t make him less masculine, it just highlights more feminine traits that everyone has to varying degrees. His look also looks educated in a way, like a teacher/professor style, and that makes me think that he can hold a conversation, is intelligent and has substance. I think many men are focused on looking stereotypically attractive and perceive other stereotypically attractive men as top competition. And while yes, a lot of women do hit up those stereotypically attractive men (muscles, beard, clean haircut, etc.), there are also a lot of women who don’t prefer that, especially when those men lack conversational skills/personality. Men don’t need to change themselves to fit any aesthetic, as long as you put effort into your appearance and have a personality, that’s all that's needed.
