Nightcrawlers. Tiny Aberdeen hooks. Bobber. 3/0 circle hooks. Literally all you need for this challenge. Throw out the Bluegill you catch on a bobber for the bass. No bobber for the cats or cut them up (or just use the worms). The Bass might even hit it.

This was a fun "Rabbit vs. the Hare" scenario, only in this case, the rabbit won. May I suggest a bit larger bottom end of the budget? At least $125. I just read some of the other comments. A lot of references to Noah always winning. Not True! Fletcher has won many as well. Noah's recent win streak must, however, be challenged once again. Thanks for sharing Fletcher!
