I am so glad I found your channel!! I have recently transitioned from a fulltime working mom to a fulltime stay at home mama. Budgeting with one income and rising inflation causes a lot of extra stress sometimes when deciding what I am going to do for meals. Watching your videos, I have gotten a lot of awesome and delicious meal ideas that don't break the bank. Thank you for what you do! 😁 Can't wait to watch the next video!

carrots turn white because they're peeled and natural sugar turns white when dry (yes, Ma'am, you were correct). I can't do runny eggs either (can't even watch someone else eat them... don't look, DON'T LOOK, LOL!!!).

Lady please don't be so hard on yourself you cook food that you're family loves and that's all that matters 💖 People will always be haters because they don't have a Chanel like you. You are always so happy and you have a loving family and friends and that's all that matters 💖 you continue to be you and don't pay attention to the people who want to distroy you. I block people who talk trash that might be something that you can start doing. We all love you and your beautiful crazy personality 💖 love from Arizona 🤗

I love that you use everything with no food waste. My husband and daughter hate leftovers and I struggle with coming up with ways to combat food waste. Your videos have helped me to shrink my food budget and only buy what I need or maybe a little less and just make do. It's been difficult in a house full of picky eaters but too bad because I refuse to waste any more money eating out or buying food we'll just throw away.

When my parents were just starting out they didn't have nothing and lived on fried potatoes and fried eggs for dinner or a pancake with a fried egg on top with salt and pepper. I will say both are delicious! Also when my mom made spaghetti sauce she used canned tomato juice put whatever she had in it usually green peppers meatballs and whatever else she had and let it simmer all day lid off until thickend and this was the best spaghetti sauce I've ever had.

I like your videos bc they are realistic and are foods kids and every day people might eat/have available to them. You included veggies, some fun foods, protein and more. That's one thing I think can help people that may be struggling. They might not want their kids to know that they struggle sometimes day to day. So, being able to give the kids a treat on occasion(and yourself), can go a long way to make an entire family feel better.

Wanted to tell you that you can make a potato and hot dog soup! I had never heard of it until I saw the recipe in one of Emeril’s cook books. One way to stretch some of those hot dogs. Serve it with some cornbread or cheddar bay biscuits...yum!If you have any hot dog buns, butter the insides, sprinkle with your favorite herb, then break apart lengthwise and cut each half in half again lengthwise. This way you have 4 sticks from one bun. Bake in oven until crips. Makes great breadsticks.

The carrots turn white because they're not true baby carrots they are actually just peeled irregular carrots that they found a way to sell by cutting them into little tube shapes and calling them baby carrots. Because they are peeled and out of the bag and on the tray they are now dehydrating it is just like when you get dry skin. You may ask how I know this I come from a family of farmers and this is what they told me
