50 Years After a Brain Injury

Ann survived a brain injury fifty years ago and was in a coma for three months. She awakened to a world that seemed different. Ann soon started special education classes and found herself constantly bullied.
I asked Ann "What would you like to say to those who bullied you?" to which she tearfully replied "I forgive you."

With how the health system was back in the day, you are quite a trooper. Doctors didn't necessarily show as much compassion and attention to those affected with brain injury. Keep your smile bright and keep loving ❤️

Indeed, everyone needs love. I recall being about 13 when I made fun of a girl my age because her family was really poor and she and her twin brother dressed shabby. This person was my friend, and as she cried because of my words, she said, “I thought you were my friend.” This hurt my heart so much. I was ashamed of myself. From that day forward I laughed at no one or made fun of them because they were different. My friend taught me the lesson of my life. I can only hope that the people who made fun of you, have also learned a valuable lesson. I did .

This is beautiful 💕 She is the perfect example of when people say forgive and forget because you get nothing out of holding grudges, and yes even plants need love, so imagine if a plant needs love, something that doesn't talk or move it still needs love to stay alive, imagine how much love we need as human beings, I feel like everybody should start realizing that.
