I like the fact that he will blanch the yellow noodles (i believe is to remove the alkaline taste and excess grease of the noodles) but I also think it is cleaner that way. He should also blanch the beansprouts as the process can remove the smell and residue.

At least these people don't sit in front of the bank door begging even tough these beggars are perfectly healthy and on top of that these people work hard without expecting any aid from any sources unlike many who sits at home and and expect fortunes or aids to fall through their roof. So those who are commenting please ask your self if you could ever match their hours of non stop working infront of the flames with yours lazing on your office chairs where half of the day spent on handphones. No one stuff the food they cooked in your mouth so no need to talk all the shits. Very simple if you are doubtful don't eat. I do that. I never kill any food vendors with all the nasty idiotic comments if I doubtful of their hygiene. I just don't eat their food. After covid many business struggle their way up. Remember those who gave up their lives not to be able to cope with loss. So if you think you are giving information to the foodies about the hygiene of the food vendors think twice. Today even a 5 star food outlet can give you a tummy upset.

Lol..don't compare to beggars or those lazing in office. Everyone's struggling and work hard in their own way, but think about it positively. Those comments was not to kill them but atleast for improvement, have some sense of cleanliness,personnel hygiene at the stall for their own good and their customers as well. They are serving foods, dealing with other people's life. Not bashing but food poisoning can kill off your business forever.

Lol, I think they know what they're doing after cooking the same dish for 60 years. Besides, taugeh doesn't need to be crisp all the time. I think in this case, it is more important to have the taugeh soaking up all the delicious sauces than to have them crisp and flavourless.
