50 Years Old Dhaba named after the owner. They are a very famous Dhaba in Jammu. Many people have Covered this place. I wanted to check whether the hype is real or not. They prepared full Tawa Chicken in front of us. I also ordered for their Mutton and Chicken Curry as the crowd was enjoying that as well. Check out my reaction to this lovely place.

@@Bruh-uo2se Vegetable Oil and Palm Oil are different. Refined Oil is mostly Palm Oil. Anyhow, IMO Desi Ghee is best for preparing any Tawa item.

@@hotfun07 Check Dalda Vanaspati Ghee ingredients.. first ingredient is Palm Oil, 2.Palmolein sesame oil and last one is written as Hydrogenated vegetable fats. Even the logo of Dalda is Palm Tree. And refined oil is mainly Soyabean oil. But yeah Desi ghee is absolute best for any tawa preparation even Yellow Butter is fine.
