500 F2P LD Scrolls Per Year!? Is That Possible?- Summoners War

For no reason other than curiosity, I kept track of my LD summons all last year. I have always been F2P, and I am late game, but do very little RTA. I pulled exactly 460 LD scrolls last year and got one LD5.

my last ld5 was around 3years ago, I did every pve contents and finished G1+ every week/season, all dupes = ld scrolls. I did get lucky with nat5 though since I'm only missing few that's why I keep playing the game

Idk man I’m late game, ive gotten all the pieces, done all events, pvp/pve content and guild content f2p for like 7 years. Let’s say it averaged to 200 LDs a year for me, which feels about right. That’s around 1400 LD scrolls I’ve opened and I got 2 LD5s from it all. Maybe I’m just unlucky. You could open 10,000 LD scrolls and get nothing. With no pity system, there’s just not enough reward for doing the work on a daily basis. The luck/p2w barrier for late game progression is real

@@TheBigLeChowski I have a bud that is 3k days in 1,5k has been in g3 content pretty much consistently and is doing rta and stuff. He still has 0 ld5 from aprox 1,2k ld scrolls now maybe even more but minimum 1,2k. So this kinda stuff happens. This is why these cringe comments that say that they dont believe that you cant get ld5 if you have over 3k days is so frustrating. This game needs a pity idc if its a sht pity but 1,2k ld scrolls and 3k days in without ld5 is just plain dumb.

i'm that f2p guy who end g3 every week , and i can confirm i get 7 ld per week without buying ld pieces from guild/arena/rta shop, but 1k crystal farm per day is impossible because i get like 2k crystals per week without toa + all the free energy from events its would be like 480 worth of crystals used to farm per day. after 9yrs playing this game 3100days i got 6 ld 5nat

I have been playing the game for like 9 years and in all this time I am sure I got around 500 or so LD scrolls and i STILL haven't summoned an LD nat5! You got way less LD scrolls back in the days On an forgotten alt account where I used way less LD scrolls (probably around 100 ) though ... (Light Phoenix) /sadface I cleared both ToAs, I haven't bothered with hell mode. I am technically not in a guild. (Well, I am in my own guild with only my alt acc which means I usual don't do much in there) Doing usual arena, not RTA one! World Boss every time! I was doing events I admit that for the last 2 years I am playing less and less and this is more about doing things in RL that matters more for me than just playing "ANY" game. And "mobile" aka any gatcha game is just killing my time to do more important RL things! Summoners War is truly a "time killer"! Despite having decent teams for farming runes. I had teams for all 3 "vanilla" dungeons at around 45-50 sec mark. That was before grinds, B12 and 3 additional dungeons. I did farm "a bit" but very rarely use crystals for a refill. RL with all its stuff and auto-farming in the game do not go well together! The game was and is still very generous with energy given as a reward! At one point 3 years ago I had 245k crystals in reserve!!! I nearly blow them all in one of the collab shop, where you could buy those "premium packs" where you could also get grinds, gems along with scrolls for 750 crystals.

There's a way to check how many lds you've summoned, I think, perhaps the site swgt. Since SW keeps logs of everything done in game, once you have your j.son you can check anything

Im f2p casual who farms maybe 500 crystals worth a day. Doesn't push in arena. Doesn't do toa hell. Punisher in siege. Does most interserver. Does enough rta for ld. Buys blessings and only have about half the nat 5s. I get about 200 lds a year. I also have no ld5 but I've been saving for 4 years. 4+ years ago they weren't giving us this amount of lds. It was probably half what it is now. I probably do more than most if my guild and friends list is a representation of the player base. I think the amount of lds you can earn arent bad but the ld rate is too low. It should be the same as mystical so you can earn about 1 ld 5 a year. Especially when they add 6-10 to the pool every year and half are mediocre at best

I think more realistic calculation would be Conquer 1 arena F3 rta (for most playerbase) Not getting in R4+ in Interserver so slow points. 300 per win. So 9000 possibly maximum. Arena and Rta shop ld pieces , guild pieces potentially doable well. Might average win rate also would be lower too… Rest is more pure rng. Id say halve 1000 crystals daily too at least to 300-400 around most. Per if lucky and events hmm..🤔 Maybe 70-100 lds per year is more realistic But thats not counting boxes luck.

Hey seii, not sure if you saw but at the bottom of the new update notice they reworked dark tanjiro s3. Apparently the optimal ordering which he had was a bug and he’s nerfed now. Still second best in game but a lot less consistent.

2024 was the first year I completely tracked my LD scrolls and I ended up with 433 (f2p) - including all attribute scrolls and counted 1/7th of special scrolls.

Assuming someone wins every battle in sieges(for a year) and farms 1k crystals everyday seems a small stretch alongside other things. I have no doubt that most people underestimate the amount of ld's you can get. But all these small differences must add up and take a solid couple hundred ld's away per year for your average non g3 100% winrate player

i was actually talking with some people about how many lds you get weekly and people were talking about how you get 4 of them average a week but i really felt like that number was much higher. i felt like you SHOULD be able to get around 10 if you put in some effort. i get up to g1-g2 in arena if i put in the effort (though im SUPER boosted by maxi grogen in ao), im f2p and i feel like while playing pretty casually i still get a TON of ld scrolls

i actually tracked my 2 accounts over the entire last year 2024. My free to play ld i got ( without playing arena at all ). 416 ld on my older account ( 1Ld5 trinity), 322 ld on my slightly newer account (2Ld5 celastra,ragdoll). ( mostly difference in dupe ld scrolls). So with someone playing arena regulary it should be around 400 ld a year . edit: this is only counting LD scrolls and ld pieces. All attri / 10 year scrolls werent considered.

As the average g1 Player (i count all-attribute as a normal ld, kinda same chance for ld5) Arena Shop 10piece Crafting 30pieces Guild 10 Pieces Toah 4/Month = 1per week Daily 7 pieces Shop (magic and guild, maybe 10 per week if you are activly checking) World Boss (sometimes lucky but mostly unlucky, would go with 5 pieces) Interserver is also kinda hard to say lets say about half a scroll per week, 25 pieces Now it gets a bit tricky, Guild content Bk chest, Slime chest, Wgk etc, i would go for 1 per week but kinda hard to tell tbh So for me, high g1 player but nothing too crazy its about 4 Scrolls per week, if im doing everything every single week and im average lucky with random drops. Still no ld5 since way over a year. Imo this game need a pity system. And im not counting events or normal nat5 i change to lds. So being lucky or unlucky is what counts at the end. I saw lvl 40acc with 5 lds and over 3k days with none. I had a whale guild member back when i started, he put about 800bucks in the game every month for a long time and got his first ld with 2500days.. But People are still salty, no matter what. Thats how it is when it comes to chances

Not sure if I missed it but I believe you forgot the pieces for feeding 4* in the crafting building (but I think that's a pretty stupid thing to do, let me know what you think). So 3x per week you can feed 3 4* to get 10x pieces, so that's an extra 30pieces, so like 0.6 LD scrolls per week.

If I change the comps to Leo on offense it does not work. Please test or explain the offense I use is has galleon on will and grogen to attack after him but he goes before

500/year is about right as f2p based on what Ive logged, though I dont turn dupes into lds. Other sources that you missed are random magic/guild shop pieces or scrolls, world boss random pieces or scrolls, 5/month for premium pack II, and of course events that vary but can give you a ton

I have played every day for almost 8 years and just now i pulled my 2nd lnd5! I was over 100 lnd scrolls in before i got my first lightning on lnd. I have so bad lnd luck, but runes and normal nat5 is rolling in :-) Btw didnt you forget event lnd scrolls in your calculations?

On my 4month f2p account I pulled Sylvia last week, got 2 nat5 in 10ms, fed one dupe for 3ld scrolls and pulled Light Inosuke. This account has 5 ld5 now(ontop of kinki, iris, leah, truffle, halphas, molly). My (now old) main account that played for years had 1 and thats Lydia :D Rng be Rng.

It's too much sweat to do all this shit. It's easier to just quit the game and move on :). Not to mention people that work and can't stay 24/7 to farm and do all the in game content, it's pointless to even download the game at this point. One ld5 a year for the casual f2p it's brutal depending if your 300~ ish ld scrolls farmed the whole year actually gets you a ld5. Just neah man, not worth. For most longtime active players, very few nat5 pulls are new. It might not make sense for a new player or less active but it does apply to a lot of players who continue to play. Not to mention he's excluding other scrolls besides ms so it's pretty conservative.
