It always amazes me how pro players like this can balance the amount of damage they are doing to all members of a team. When I play and I go up against multiple people I always get tunnel vision and just focus one person. I know obviously in the best case scenario you want to turn the fight into multiple 1v1s but sometimes it ain't possible. By damaging all members of the team rather than focusing on getting a knock on one person you prevent them from pushing/flanking by maintaining pressure. Crazy.

multiple tutorials online, basically figure out how the gun recoils, and move the opposite way, example: recoil kicks up then left right, so pull down and right left like drawing an S. The wingman has like a milimeter diaganal up+right recoil basically negligible since targets are moving, so just click their heads, that's it.
