Here is another 5000 step workout to motivate you to get up and exercise!
You'd be burning an average of 300 - 550 calories depending on your weight, body composition and exercise intensity.
Walking an hour a day helps to:

- Strengthen your bones and muscles.

I couldn’t finish it all with running,but I did it with walking. Best believe my goal is to be able to do it and no longer be obese😢

شكرا yana بفضل هذا التمرين وتمرينان اخران من قناتك استطعت تخفيض وزني اربعة كيلو غرامات.. وايضا مع اتباع نظام وجبتين في اليوم صباحا ومساء فقط الفطور في العاشرة والغداء والعشاء في وجبة واحدة الساعة السادسة مساء مع تقليل الكاربوهيدرات والسكريات والتعويض عنها بقليل من النشويات بمادة الرز لاني احبه كثيرا.. متابعك الذي يحب تمارينك اولادي وزوجتي يحبوك ايضا ويشكرونك لما تقدمين من تمارين نحن من العراق.. شكرا جزيلا

This is definitely my favorite of all your workouts! I can't believe that I am actually running (even if it's just for 30 seconds at a time). It has really increased my confidence that I can get more fit.

This is a very 😅😅😅😅😅❤doable walk/run .I did have a 2 min break inbetween and some water,but I did it all ! Thank you so much you are a great lady for helping people to keep fit .😅😁

This exercise is superb... I have reduced 3 kg in 20 days.. with the help of this exercise and proper diet.

Love this I do it everyday now manage to jog all 5000 boring yes but music great . Step counter keeps me going,!
