I bought a $5,000 First Gen Toyota Pickup, site unseen in Washington and took it on a 3 day off road adventure in waist deep snow in the mountains together with my friends ‪@DirtLifestyle‬ and ‪@KrokemOutdoors‬! This was not only the first time ever I drove this Toyota Pickup but also my first time snow wheeling and snow camping!
Three days of non stop fighting through the snow with only one mission - making it to the peak of the mountain! Did all vehicles survive? Nate brought his Land Rover Discovery and Ed his Jeep Wrangler JLU. Both of those guys have a lot of camping, overlanding and snow wheeling experience.
Did the Toyota survive?

@@flintlock_glockTJR $5000 or less is the average price of them. I bought mine for $800+600 in back registration. So $1400 total The interior seat and door panels were thrashed, from vandalism but it was an a 1 own original yota with 80k original miles. There are 2 other other 1 owner trucks near me are that I'm trying to get to restore.

Awesome video , Nate and Marvin wheeling dont get any better than that👍. And Marvin snow wheeling is my favorite wheeling also and the best thing about it “Normally “ ya dont break stuff because it is so much easier on the driveline than like rock crawling , you can get after it and not worry about breaking stuff ,, i have a feeling that nate’s rig was broke prior to this trip , he didnt do anything o tear that much up really🤷🏻‍♂️😂👍

@@thetrutha2177 I know mine would never even bog out as long as I kept the original wheels on it of coarse those were Uniroyal Desert Duelers and they were awesome but alas they went out of style and supply so I got some Weather masters from cooper tire.and they really worked great . The patigonias I got with the truck in 38's sucked so bad zero traction made the whole truck skate in circles and couldn't hold dry roads either and forget mud and snow and skidder trails nope stocker it would co any and everywhere

I'm guessing you bought e rated tires and I assume the sidewall is too stiff for that lightweight truck in most scenarios, I think you should have went with a 35 12.5 15, c rated and actually been able to air down. And I wish more new tire sizes came in less heavy duty ratings
