I have often wondered how these folks would have lived if they had grown up with a minimum wage job, working a full day and pleasing customers. One thing I have learned by observing those with big wallets, who genuinely didn't earn their wealth, they have little or no concept how the rest of the world lives or what sacrifices they make. Working is very important. Adversity in life builds character, and most importantly, happiness does not come from great abundance. Happiness stems from the appreciation and respect for what one has achieved by overcoming adversity.

Building his own bathroom in a mosque? That's literally against the purpose of a mosque, a mosque is a place where all people are equal no matter what race, colour, background, income ect is! Not to mention that an Islamic leader should be humble, close to the people and not living a luxury life and spending unnecessary money on anything other than his people
@endi7545

Friend, first of all we don’t know if it’s true or not and im sure it’s not. 2) He is traveling! Why would he pray in a mosque? They will need to put security in the mosque and will make it harder to do the prayer and go. 3)I believe he is helping islamic countries ! Look for it 4) again in this video he is showing us articles not pictures and the luxuries pictures he is showings us can be find in the internet(he took it from the internet) its not the king Properties !! i mean i am a saudi and i see how humble our king. By the way we don’t have to explain that to people as saudis and just ignore false accusations but i wanted to tell you because you seem a good guy who just misunderstood.

My friend was a server at a very high end restaraunt/hotel in London. He served the queen and got to meet her: she was humble and smart, and genuinely interested in my friend's story, where he was from, how he was liking the UK etc. When the Saudi king's entourage came in, my friend was replaced by the kings internal server and my friend was only allowed to bring food to that guy. And just like in this video, my friend said they rented the entire top floor and redecorated everything.

I remember when King Salman visited my hometown Bali, the hype has been building even few weeks before, and motorcade is everywhere day and night transporting supplies and personnel. One of my neighbor works in a hotel where king's men stayed and he got some souevenir and dates fruit from them. The dates is the best i ever eaten, very sweet and consistent. It is like a day and night compare to dates on supermarket and that is just only from the king's staff, not to mention the royal family

I stay a lot at a hotel where the king stays when he comes to Malaysia. I’ve been very lucky to stay somehow when he was once there as he usually takes the whole hotel as well parts of near by hotels as the entourage is so large. They bring everything from vehicles to cleaners. They bring their own furniture for the hotel, not even just the rooms but for the restaurants as well. They have their own chefs. the hotel staff are basically not working but at the hotel because the king has his whole team there on his behalf. The staff have to go to the office when the king comes down so they are not to be seen. They had a tank outside the hotel, airport security when u come and go, military and then the kings own security. The hotel even put bullet proof windows into the suite just for the king at his own expense. It sounds like a movie and when you see it it’s nuts but that’s really the life of his travels.

On the other hand, Israel, a small country blessed with no natural resources, has a thriving economy that produces everything from food and agricultural products to high tech military hardware. Israel's greatest resource are its people who have proven that even tiny countries with limited resources can produce a thriving economy not dependent on the export of oil or gas.

I remember his trip to Indonesia. In Jakarta, he & his entourage (which included 28 princes) came in a horde of Mercedes limousines and booked out no less than 3 5-star hotels located within walking distance from one another. After that, they took to Bali for a quick break before their next trip. Same story there. Entire beachside hotels & villas were booked out. Fleet of limousines. There are KZbin videos showing his motorcade in case you want to know how the scale of it looks like. The Emir of Qatar also came to make a visit to Jakarta a few weeks after, but it was much quieter. Yes, he did come with his Qatar Amiri Flight 747-8, but other than that it was so quick most of the nation didn’t even know he was there.

Oil will always be valuable, too many resources & materials come from it. Saudi arabia is in the process of transitioning to an oil-free economy (oil now represents 40% of the saudi economy, it was 60% before), saudi’s transition away from oil means lesser oil production rate. In order to see how long oil will last is to divide the *discovered* reserved with the daily production, the currently discovered reserves divided by the current production rate means that saudi will run out of oil in 221 years. Since saudi is transitioning away from oil, lesser production (5M barrels per day instead of the current 10M barrels) with more newly-discovered reserves means that saudi will run out of oil after 350+ years.

@@albaraqahtani Haven't seen any changes in oil production, though their profits would be much higher in 2022. And the 221 years worth of reserves are for their own consumption and does not include exports. The oil exports are nearly 2/3s of their production, so that would be nearly 74 years worth of reserves with current trend of exports. With countries trying to make them increase their oil production and most probably some discrepancies it would be much lower.

They know it. That's why they have a sovereign fund and invest that oil money in businesses all the time. Many American Corporations have Saudi Sovereign Wealth fund as one of their investors like Facebook, Boeing, Disney, Berkshire Hathaway and countless others around the globe. When Oil runs out that sovereign wealth fund will continue to bring them money for centuries to come for their lavish lifestyle. So ironic you have a $ sign as a avatar but don't know how capitalistic they are lmao.

Who ever said that all this excess is genuine happiness? LOL This is all temporal and superficial at best, to be honest. Being truly happy is knowing how to truly appreciate and enjoy what you have-regardless of the amount. This may look something enjoyable at first glance, but the stress it takes having to always be in regard of your security at the threat of those who wish ill against them is not a good thing to bear. Iʼd rather have a simple life with everything Iʼll only *truly* need, i.e. family, people who I love and care about me, and things enough to sustain me, than be lavish and never be at peace within. 💁🏻‍♂️

Nope, the trillion dollars is an estimated value of the state owned oil company "Saudi Aramco", and it's not their personal wealth. Bezos' wealth is personal wealth, albeit, he could never cash it out without crashing the company, so he's worth around $150 billion, but he will never ever have $150 billion in his bank account.

@AmirRahman123

@@LordManhattan Saudi Aramco is worth slightly more than 2 Trillion dollars according to an estimate I read last month. And Saudi Arabia, which owns Saudi Aramco, is an absolute Monarchy. This means, essentially, that the King "owns" Saudi Aramco. Since his WORD is literally LAW. Even if we don't confuse Aramco's worth with the Royal Family's net worth, we will still be well into the hundreds of Billions of dollars. I mean, think about it, they didn't become rich yesterday. Over the past 80 years since they found oil, the many Princes of the House of Saud has been directly or indirectly benefiting from State revenues. Some of them have been funneling hundreds of millions, if not billions of dollars, EVERY SINGLE YEAR going back more than 40-50 years... And apparently, this form of "legalized corruption" is being dealt with by HRH MBS, albeit the prosecution is quite selective if I may say so (lol). Think about the tens of billions of dollars they spend every year on Defense contracts... You think all that money goes to the Defense contractors such as Lockheed and Raytheon? No. They overpay for the stuff they buy because the Princes that are in charge of these defense deals want their kickbacks from these companies. And they don't just scam the military... They scam literally every part of the Govt's yearly budget. Thank God for MBS for putting the countries' interest at heart and jailing some of these conspirators.
