Hi, 1100 games regular top 200 Fiora here. He plays good but here is my current state of the arts , first of all you want to apply max pressure asa Fiora. I tend to port back to base as soon the 30 sec countdown for Henry appears so you get the first one. From then on i just snowball and search the 1vs1. P.e. I allways take the lane away from obj . Proxy farming also works with her. If you use hex tech portals your actually able to control and push both side lanes (only if both enemy outer lanes towers are down). You can allways go for first blood, use your q more often then he does, if you hit a minion you get also cd reduction meaning even if you’re not sure your hitting the enemy , just try (if minions r for sure in q range). With all that your able to regularly get 1000 gold per min, if you get your 3 core items your gonna destroy 1vs1. Build one shot Fiora , you dont need to be that tanky with this playstyle. Also important, q doesnt gets minion Aggro. Matchups; all standart top laners are lost against you , ALLWAYS ban GAREN with this tactic since he makes my tactic bad just because of his passive healing and due to that he can stay on lane. Be careful against adc Top until lvl 5 (Lvl 1-2 you can kill). If you do ALL that your gonna get used to getting first blood, 3 Henry’s, 3 hex techs , 3-6 turrets, 1-2 Inhibs, 1000 gold/min ; downside, until elder/baron fights (which i also often skip to get 1 inhib while baron and other inhib while elder) your not gonna see anybody of your team. Edit; your ult gives you massive speed bonus, i use almost every second ult just to run away lol

Also; your q hits hidden targets like akali, teemo, twitch and everyone in a bush.If you r ahead you can cc yourself on porpuse, p.e. With stuns that dont trigger instantly like senna, you can even dash into her stun just to reject it with your w
