I am old enough however to remember how huge Paco Rabanne was in the very beginning of the 80'ies. So was Yves Saint Laurent. If one picks out great pieces they will last forever. Quite a few of mine have truly become what we today like to call investment pieces. I have been shopping my wardrobe for at least 10 years now, because everything is redundant in fashion. That way I have had pieces to work with from designers no one else have. Sometimes I've been stopped in the street and asked where I bought this or that, and some of it has been 30 years old! But, it only works if you are able to keep your figure intact🤣.
