What cable do you use? OTG or regular? Do you have any solution to restore the UNO and NANO boards with hardware modifications with jumpers and so on? I stand by. Thank you very much.

Hey, I'm using a regular cable. But be sure that it's a data cable not a charging cable. Till date I have used a good amount of Arduino UNO and Arduino Nano Clone boards. And the only issues I have seen is with the USB to UART Chip which is sometimes a fake one with nothing mentioned on the chip itself. Hope it helps

@@PRROBOTICS Yes, yes it is a data cable but it is the standard type and is not OTG. I need to get one for Arduino Nano. Mah I don't understand, last year it was working fine and now it doesn't work. Now I want to check the smd electrolytic capacitors. :)

ch340 chip is problem but ftdi chip is good . ch340 drivers is available in chrome andd intall the driver and problem is solved

My Arduino nano's show error in uploading sketch....i have right driver also ....than reason of not uploading?........but I see tthat L led(side one to PWR) is blinking very low... seems that get fuse ......can it be reason

The Nano 3 clone i bought on aliexpress had the wrong (old) chip on it 🤷🏻‍♂️

That's not possible because your laptop can't provide more than 5V at output on 2.0 port. And also your arduino NANO have inbuilt AMS1117 5V Voltage regulator which can handle upto 12V very easily.
