It may be a difference of where we live.I live in Western North Carolina in the outskirts of Asheville. When I was growing up the older people in their 80's and some in their 90's still had cattle, bailed hay, raised tobacco and gardens, hunted, fished, cut firewood, etc.

@@Saturnia2014 actually you're much more likely to suffer one if you have above average muscle mass as you get older, mainly because during movement, muscle uses a lot of oxygen and nutrients, so basically blood from the circulatory system. More blood usage -> stronger strain on heart and vessels -> attack or even worse, arrest. End of story, sadly.

It’s just not good in a public gym, in fact, at PF, it makes the staff sound the Lunk Alarm. I go to Club-16 and no one there growls. I think it’s actually homoerotic, at least potentially, it just shows a strong and primal passion, but devoutly leftist men as well as women on average in the place, feel uncomfortable.
