There were hacks for BO3 beta before it came out. New only means 'reskin' in the case of cod. Using the same engine for 7 games, while being the top selling game is beyond sad.

Lattaro People were saying that you should cap ur frame rate at whatever you can get constant, and it would help with the mouse movement in this game, but it didn't really seem to help all that much. I've gone back to having it uncapped.

yeah me too. Mouse movement is apparently tied to FPS. You need to cap your FPS to a stable value in order to get proper mouse input
