I’ve watched many videos with Kelly. This is the most honest and refreshing. Always love that woman, here for the journey.

Few people are cultivating such levels of self awareness as Kelly seems to be doing. Very refreshing and affirming. Thanks for doing your best to get your inner “judge” in order 🙌🏼 it works wonders when discerning truth and contributes deeply to having thriving relationships. ❤️🔥

Thank you… overall so great! Stand out moment for me was the comparison between the 1950’s woman’s advice on how oppressive it was to please your HUSBAND vs modern woman to how to keep your man hard… no words. Clearly things have gotten worse.

Dear Emily.. I must say, when I first came across your podcast after hearing you speak on ‘know thyself’, I struggled a little with you. Your almost extraterrestrial beauty, ability to stand in your own power and willingness to not give a fuck, clearly triggered me! Now after many podcasts I am a huge fan, you’re a great host, ask beautiful question and literally ooze humility and curiosity out of your every pore. Much love from Berlin ❤

Fantastic conversation. Something I use a lot is the mantra I am allowed to feel -whatever I am feeling in the moment - in my body. It is very freeing. Loving all the parts of ourselves enables us to love all of the people around us that much more. The world cannot help but be a better and safer place for all people, women and men, with more love in it.

Absolutely, accepting and embracing all of our emotions, even the difficult ones, is a powerful way to cultivate self-love and extend that love to others. Thank you for listening! 🧡🧡

I wish you fought some of her ideas/ideology. They seem to not match yours with some certain points, right?

Sometimes it's important to open ourselves up to different perspectives and ways of being. We might not agree with all the ideas others share but we can still learn and grow because of what they share. Accepting and acknowledging that everyone has a different journey to walk is a beautiful way to learn even more and grow even faster! 🧡

I appreciated the supportive space where the conversation was unraveled.. When it became emotionally deeper, more real kelly became full of emotion the other Lady said please don't cry..... My heart was about to love that realness of expression it seemed at odds with the whole meaning and message. Very interesting convo. Thank you❤
