Just wondering, Ernest Roe shows the length the valve rod extends is 6.0 to 6.5mm from the housing hole at the front of the loading block. When changing to the power block and upgrading the MKII, s this length still important?

Hi just a question I managed to fit the power kit my self but the have a leak from the rear gauge , I noticed on my old one there is a little plastic washer in the hole but nothing for the new block should there be one where the gauge goes do you know ?

Hay moose another cracking vid 👌 I do all the above but I do some extras whilst all the gutts are out Yes good lube is our friend The extras I do I polish the hammer inside and out I polish the hammer weight polish the hammer spring I polish the valve rod where the hammer sits. i also polish the valve spring the the base of the springs are very important to polish mine are like mirrors I start with 1000 wet n dry and finish off with autosol metal polish all this work gives more consistency tighter extreme spread recommend by Mr Rowe himself Keep the content coming my friend Wayne from South Wales 👊

Need help here, (1) Thanks for the vid and your help. (2) I have a MK ll. (3) I ordered and just received the newer version of the upgraded power plenum kit for MK ll. (this one is supposedly the newest version that upgrades this unit to the newest MK lll level. (4) install was going fine until I got to installing the plenum cap, ( you speak here about using the tensioning screw to "spread open" the receiver in order to make way for the new plenum cap, ( Kevin Stody?). Mine is extremely tight! With tons of lube and force that was flat out uncomfortable, I could only get it in about 80%. I gave up for fear of snapping the receiver open. WHAT THE F? Is there a difference in MK ll to Mk lll receivers in that opening? The vids I see from Utah AG, and Ernst Rowe DO NOT show anything like the struggle I'm having. (5) are there 2 different plenum cap diameters available? H E L P. !

I would be very careful and also if it goes in hard it will damage the orings. I would contact Utah Airguns and check to make sure you have the right parts for your gun.

I wanted to purchase the FX impact Mark 3 but I'm in Canada with tax it's going to be over $3,000. If I find a Mark II and install the power plenum what advantage would the Mark 3 have and is it much of a difference?

Really? Why is that? What upgrades do you have to do and how much would they cost? It doesn't have to be 100% exactly like the Mark 3 just a few important upgrades.

My kit came with 4 nbr 90 orings and 2 other orings of different sizes with the 3balls, fall those o rings go in the rear block? Also I have the slug power kit, is there no need for the ball in the valve adjuster? I also ordered the mk3 cocking lever kit but haven’t gotten it yet, waiting to do everything together.

Great video brother ! I just did this upgrade on my MkII but now the valve rod end is not seating completely flushed with my valve housing. Doesn't give me any problems, but it's just not flushed ! Is that normal ? TIA

Yes I put a huma-air in but when I put the bottle back on the gun the regulator jumped up to 155bar with the regulator not open

Huma makes different BAR regulators some are high pressure like the one you installed, other are lower pressure. You have to specify when ordering or picking one up.

Yep and also if I am not mistaken I think you can just restack the washers to tone it down. I think there is a file for that on Humas website

Yep, the one with the slots was wrong, I replaced it with the stock one.
