525th Combat Engineer Battalion of the Philippine Army Capability Demonstration

We showcase the men of the 525th Combat Engineer Battalion of the Philippine Army in this capability demonstration. The "Mandirigtas" or "Mandirigmang Tagaligtas" is the primary disaster response unit of the 51st Engineer Brigade. Watch as they show what it means to be a combat engineer.

It really depends on your personal preference, mostly. Each service has their unique and equally important way of serving our country, it just really depends on whether you want to be up in the air, on the sea or on ground :) But visit their Facebook and page send them a message. what i mean sir is that, m16a1 which these troops are using in the video are AR-15. i think you are refering to M4/R4 carbines which has shorter barrels and extendable buttstocks that also belongs to AR-15 designs and frames. sir, those rifles you see in the video are still fully functional and reliable. In fact, i have an issued M16A1 that can still make a clean hit to 300m ironsight. 😁 just because its old it doesnt mean that its not reliable. 😁 yes carbines gives you more flexibility and even give you an option to shoot heavier ammunitions but still, those A1s will still get the job done as good as the modernized ARs.
