As you are experiencing PTSD, I would highly recommend you to seek professional help, where someone can guide you gently through your trauma and the process of releasing and accepting. If you are not able to seek professional help due to financial or other reasons, I would seek out content from professionals on youtube that can guide you more specifically. There are also books and online courses you can attend to. But healing complex traumas can be a lifelong process, so give yourself time, space, and patience as you move through each face of your healing journey. In the meantime, try to find small things every day that gives your life meaning in some way or another. Promise yourself that you will hold yourself through it all, no matter how long it takes.
