About 2 years back i learnt about some frequencies being helpful for us, people. Then the word Sofeggio appeared and opened flood gates of various frequencies and their different benefits. So, I have been listening to different tracks for few minutes each day.. very relaxing. I guess it will take some time to achieve the benefits each frequency claims, as the world is too complex and noisy... Thanks for all these tracks.. 🌱

It’s mostly just peaceful for me. I don’t know that I understand the science behind this. I’d like to. I just haven’t found good resources that fully explain them. Regardless they are nice to have on and I do feel they help with anxiety and focus, and sometimes I feel like I notice a healing vibration ❤. I also have listened to them every day since discovering them and it’s been nice

I was so sad that my old dog died and was gone forever,I'm steel in pain,but when I listened to this frequency the first time,I could feel my dog's lovely presence and I felt so happy immediately.
