I always walk 3 miles everyday and I've been doing so for the last month it's this challenge that I'm doing and always make sure to play this while I'm walking. I gotta say that not only is it extremely relaxing but it really helps me to sort out my thoughts and just focus on the positive vibes and energy of my walk and mother nature. I lost my father at age 12. My best friend passed away when we were 19. My mom died from cancer at 59. My ex girlfriend died from a brain tumor at 35 years old. Life can sure have a certain way of testing us. Although I've lost so many loved ones, I just turned 40 years old myself. Yet, I woke up this morning and thanked God for the opportunity to tell you that you're perfect just the way you are and although times get tough and life seems unfair just know that you are loved no matter what.

My father died 6 months after I graduated from college on 12/25.He was 81 and had cancer that started and spread before it was found. My mother and I became closer as my older brother married and usually only came back with wife and kids once a year. But in 1995 she became very ill and I brought her home from a hospital on July 4th. two days later she died at home in her bed. With no one left (my brother and I never got along) I made plans to leave that city. While my health is generally better then average, I still have issues that go way back in time.

I will pray for you and your son. You are never alone. I was also a shy and sensitive teenager. I was very uncomfortable in my own skin, not because of a dysfunctional home environment, but because I felt like I had a hole in my soul. My journey does not have to be your sons, but I turned to alcohol and became a very chronic alcoholic. I see that not to create fear for you, but to let you know that at 39 years old I am approaching 10 years sober and my life is absolutely amazing. Your son probably is a very confident and good person he just needs to believe in himself. My story is that I now I am going to become an LCSW and I work in the Recovery industry, helping young men going through what I went through. There is a light at the end of the tunnel.

Last week I had a kidney stone, went to the express care and then ER, horrible pain and experience dealing with that. Passed it thankfully a few days ago. But right after I passed the stone, I began to have palpitations and then had to go back to the ER for what they say is internal hemorrhoids... I'm in need of miraculous healing prayers. I have been struggling ever since an accidental unintentional self-inflicted severe nerve injury in my pelvis led to a suicide attempt that led to more nerve pain in my groin/thighs, especially my left. I'm battling my thoughts everyday. I want to be here. I just want the intense pain (physical, emotional and spiritual) to go away. I was truly healing and growing on an immense level before all of this happened. Chronic health issues lifting, getting stronger, met the love of my life, but then I got hit harder than I've ever been hit before. Lost my health and the love of my life because the pain was and has been too great. I am in a constant state of shame, guilt and fear. The grief is beyond this world unbearable. 💖🕊💖
