I listen to your videos weekly and each night as I go to bed! I absolutely love them! Two suggestions 1. I noticed certain sounds of the singing bowls really amp me up like the one you did last week about the solar plexus. Could you notate “relaxing” “night time” “energizing” “uplifting” “daytime” so we know which ones are going to activate the kundalini energy and stimulate our bodies? Also, I haven’t noticed this is awhile but could you be careful which ads play and when they play? There was a time when the ad would play in the middle of the meditation and it was super disturbing. Keep up the great work!! You guys are such a blessing to this world ❤❤❤

@@danulitachthe ad at the end is just as disruptive though. And, KZbin has been getting weird. I’ve been getting ads in the middle of meditative mind videos, and they’ve definitely always set theirs up to not have ads.

Hello Gina 🙌💖 thank you so much for the feedback. It’s very much appreciated. It’s a great idea to add some descriptive words for the sound baths. Most of them are meditative and relaxing, but you’re right, the abundance one was more energizing and uplifting… regarding the ads, we always have them off in the middle of videos. Maybe KZbin is slipping them in here and there 🤔
