Working through DNA blueprint frequency pathways has not been pleasant. Like having to be trash I never was. I've worked hard to release myself from this in my DNA, mitochondria, stem cells, bone marrow, spinal fluid into my subconscious and consciousness of my pineal gland. God is father mother not just a father. Secondly this will not work for people with a toxic narcissistic father. Why are you bringing Christian trinity in this? Other religions are hear also. ( and you’re forgetting about karma, past lives, soul path, destined events…not everything we experience is a created by us…. I hope my points help you to RECREATE this meditation
