Have followed this sport since the swede, Erik Stenlund won his first of two world finals(1984 and 88) but have to admit that the level in this sport I was a huge fan of, is shockingly low, and has been, for a number of years! We're talking world championship here, and still, 58!! years old Stefan Svensson, 58 managed to get 7th. place in the overall ranking for 2017, a rider who was in his first world final in Alma Ata, waaay back in 1989!!
