I think what a lot of people just don't get is yoyo is a lot of looking really stupid fumbling around, but once you hit that one trick you've been working on, no one will call you stupid again. Until you start the next trick...

Love this, I play 1a yoyo, which is just the normal unresponsive yoyoing, and I recently picked up an off string yoyo, and gave up pretty quick on it. However your video is giving me the motivation to get back to it!

Watch Hajime Miura. He's able to use two offstring yoyos at once. That style of yoyoing is called soloham. I recommend you check it out

@@sakuraiindustries3225 bro that's totally different.. your adding a whole yoyo extra.. plus do u know in world championships 2019 hajime miura did a full freestyle with soloham which was easily the hardest freestyle ever done but still got 7th rank.. because the scoring system of 4a is different .. soloham is a complex style but still won't give much points in competition.. that's one of the main reasons it's getting a the name of a new style

I did this with a cheap Chinese shutter clone. Although it’s possible in both responsive and unresponsive, the yoyo is freaking heavy(70g) and the string gap might as well be 10ft wide. It’s easier to offstring with a giant Diablo than it is with an unresponsive yoyo.

I just got a flight. I think the most frustrating part about off string is the fact that u have to go find the yoyo ever time it falls/rolls away. I found learning in grass at a field or park was best. It doesn't get that far way on grass.

And the progress u made I seven days I mastered it in one day.... It's probably not so much that it's easier than you think it is, but that you are capable of more than you expect from yourself. that's the case with most people but then again there is that last 10% that are just totally useless
