One thing that surprised me about this release was how durable the paint is. I seriously thought it would scratch and flake easily but nope, after maybe 15-20 transformations it looks as pristine as it did when I first unboxed the toy.

That's an excellent point! I had the same assumption about the durability of its paint, and was glad to find out that I was wrong; it's holding up well for me, too. Unfortunately, I completely failed to mention this in the review. Thanks, dude. 😎

Thank you! Yeah, just my opinion that if anyone's in the market for a 52Toys Chinese Dragon, this is _the_ one you should get. But I've also been seeing the OG emerald dragon at retail for nearly half the price, so it's cool that there are some pretty good options right now. ✌

idk why, but when i got this figure awhile ago, it came with this bonus item, it was a box, filled with a bunch of pins/buttons, and its all of the chineese dragons that they made, its really cool, they came in this nice display box and everything

Cool, man! Sounds like you got a "lucky bonus items" treatment. 😎 I think mine came with a large pin of the dragon with the shipment, but that might've been about it.

I'd love to see a video of all your reviews listed in order of your scoring. Like an end of year type of thing, and do the scores still match today compared to when you first did the reviews. And is the number 1 scoring beastbox still your favourite?

I like that idea! It's certainly worth revisiting... whether or not I'd rate any of them the same way I did months ago has absolutely entered my mind. I'll probably take it in a slightly different direction, but count on a recap popping up in maybe a year or so. Just a quick aside, Box Grades are intended more as a rating of predefined parameters, and not necessarily how much I like a given piece. ex. for the AMTS space set, I rated Action quite a bit higher than Endymion mostly because it has more play value, but (at the time) said I prefer Endymion because the kid in me thinks rockets are cool, and I stand by that. I would like to, but I don't have that one unfortunately. Haven't dipped into the 7cm figures, but (I think) there's going to be an elephant or mammoth; if what I've seen is accurate, that might finally get me to buy in. I've heard good things about Oasis, though. ✌
