Hands were behind the synch with eye on ball, hence the "drops." He is def. a Jamis man and never was Fitz guy, but I digress. Bottom line on the ocular drop issue? Vicious safety hits. Mike Evans is on a chitty team, with a 2nd. Tier QB, with no Oline. If Evans was on a top team in ANY division he'd have scary numbers. He's a knee taker, or was early on. Just sayin...
