I used the 35amp aio though as the 20amp was outa stock at the time I also put hd zero in a tiny hawk 2 around 15weeks ago and that is soooo much fun to fly..i love it. had problems getting the tinyhawk to fly good so i pulled it all apart and re built with the race 2 board and it even turned out 9grams lighter than when i used the whoop board. i love it and fly it every second day.

The good thing about the motor connectors on the board is that they are through hole and not smd soldered. So your concern about plugging in the motors and having a bit of wobble in the connector is not as concerning as it would be if they were surface mounted.

I just helped a friend with this build, ran into the same issues with connecting the receiver and the standoff. If you meter it out, the sbus jumper is connected to the RX3 pin as well, so I just soldered the receiver to one side of the SBUS 0-ohm receiver.

Yes, you have to hold down the top when plugging in the motors. I just built one of these and broke one of them. I just direct soldered them. Also, the receiver plus and where one of the standoffs go is hard to get together on mine because it pinches the wires. They need to kind of re-think some of the placements. The canopy also didn't fit great, so I just cut the arms off. Definitely fun to fly but NOT a beginners build.

To use the SBUS pad, some ELRS receivers can be flashed with RCVR_INVERT_TX checked ( and only by Wi-FI per teh domcumention ) and then in BetaFlight CLI -> serialrx_inverted = ON

Nice, thanks for making this video! A lot of people seem to have lost interest in this one for some reason. It's fun to fly!
