They are not singing crap like doing and selling drugs and glamourising drugs,cheating on each other and murder and crime due to drugs.They are singing about issues that have been going on in the world for many years.Important issues that are real and not glamourised.Mainstream music today is just glamourising issues that should not be glamourised.

I'm not sure they lack respect I mean these guys are so typically canadian. As Canadians we have been blessed with some major music makers that I know I've been listening to for the last 30 years may be longer as I am 40.

Wow - I've been loving these individual songs for so long but I either never remembered or made the connection that they were all from the same band!! My kids started listening to and playing these tunes and they got me interested again in the band. These guys are AWESOME and they should be proud of the gifts they have given all of us.

+mongrelmind1 We definitely wanted to rid the name of the apostrophe to make the transition to URL easier... and who says you can't have plural neighbors with dogs? As for the 'u', we were partially thinking of a worldwide audience for the series so that is part of our excuse. (I swore I read on Wikipedia that the spelling sans 'u' was more common in western Canada?) As well, we once calculated that since every single letter uploaded to the internet has a tiny (and I mean infinitesimal!) carbon footprint because it is stored on servers all over the world and displayed on electronic monitors everywhere, we were saving energy and therefore reducing any possible negative impact of our show on the planet as a whole. :-D
