Your machine WASTES too much water 💦. You must go back to the drawing board and ONLY allow the water 💦 to spray into the bottle once its over the WASHER HEAD. I also noted whilst the water 💦 in filled into the bottle there's a lot of water 💦 wasted. Here too you must either adjust your settings or put a better filler head. I hope you will take my advice and make the necessary changes.

First of all this plant's capacity is not 6000/h. It's maximum 4000/h In don't know the exact value of this machines. 1. Pet blowing (Chinese) approx - 35-40 lakhs. If u want to buy Indian machines cost will come same. 2. Rinser filler capper - approx 10-13 lakhs 3. Sleeve labeler - same as RFC machine 4. Shrink wrap machine - 10-15 lakhs 5. Batch coding machine - 1.5-2.5 lakhs 6. Low pressure compressor - 8-10 lakhs 7. High pressure compressor - 12-18 lakhs 8. Chiller machine - 5-8 lakhs 9. Cooling tower - 2-3 lakhs 10. Water treatment plant 6-8 lakhs (depends on capacity)
