Yes but you get it all. If you buy the clock hands and the mechanism separately and the wood separately elsewhere you’d end up paying more

How do I keep my round board from bowing after I pour my paints on it and let it dry?

Depends on the board and wood you’re using. You definitely need to put at least 2-3 coats of gesso on it for starters.
