I did this on my walk today! It was so grounding! Thanks Dr. Les! Glad I found your channel- it’s nice to have access to you on demand 😊.

Keep up the healing journey and review what is getting in your way -because it’s a little kiddo who is scared. Taking these grounding walks helps you develop “The Self “(the ideal parent/healthy parent in you from a place of compassion, courage, curiosity, etc.) and to get space from the kiddos. Your job is to really mentor those tormentors (kiddos) 🤓☀️

I started feeling overwhelmed by the emails and texts flooding my phone. I tried this and it really helped me disengage from that flooded feeling. But I still need your voice to help me get there. Hoping with practice, I can do it solo!🤞

Yes, you can! Practice is the drive changer of your nervous system (your brain and body). So happy to hear you’re putting into practice these important skills that will give you a large returns in the long run. Keep it up. Very proud of you!

Can this be used for retraining the brain with dr hanscoms doc program ?it seems it might be a great fit. Thanks

Absolutely! My skills sets here are very somatically focused (that is, bottom of brain retraining = primitive parts of the brain that are reactive in service of survival). Less about top down processing “ = thinking, that is. The 54321 is a great skill to get some space and “put you in the middle of the tornado” you are experiencing within! 🤓💝☀️
