Broncs beat the Warriors at home with half a squad. It came down to the wire though.

It was in Napier and warriors where missing 5 starters as well.

Granted it was Napier but thats still a home game. In terms of the starting 13 the only dif to the team the Warriors are running tomo was Metcalf instead of Martin (arguably an upgrade), Lussick instead of Egan, and Afoa instead of Barnett. Broncos were missing Oates, Cobbo, Walsh, Haas, Flegler, Carrigan.

@@Legalpigeon Napier isn’t a home game for us, that’s like saying when you played south’s in Queensland it’s a home game for you? No it isn’t. TMM was our first choice 6? He is levels above metcalf and we saw that on Saturday night. Barnett, egan, walker and tevanga are all just as valuable to our team as the players you mentioned. With your logic, Oates doesn’t count as he can’t even get a start.

We're not the QLD Broncos, we're the Brisbane Broncos, so I would say that anywhere in Brisbane would be a home game if we were playing a team from elsewhere. Fair enough about your comment with the missing players, I still think ours were more significant but happy to disagree and leave it at that. Enjoy the game on Sat, gonna be a cracker!

@@Legalpigeon yes, but it’s the same thing. You’ll get more fans being in Queensland. It’s the Aussie delusion, you think they’re better because they play origin, but it should be viewed on the impact on the team. Both have significant impacts on the team, no matter if they played origin or you think they’re better over all. You too mate! Feeling it will be the best game of the year.
