American here. First: Grateful for the (continued) pro tips and for this Iron-man gent's willingness to put himself out there so that the rest of us can gleen the gold. Second: In a moment of starry-eyed admiration for this here Aussie dawg, I ask . . . Thanks for video! As a beginner I've noticed that without stretched shoulders and feet the technique drills are pain and waste of time. Here I see nice technique for non streched athlete😊 Thanks for tips!

Thank you for the videos. - What do you mean by "The mouvement of the arm doesn't connect with the body?" (The bit about the catch) - About the diamond drill; It would be even better with side vue of the the diamond drill.

The arm is moving through the first phase of the stroke but it’s not connected to tue rotation of the body

Do you find that one reason for shoulder over rotation is the lack of ability to get the upper arm and armpit out of the water for part or all of the recovery? Is this due to lack of strength and/or mobility (i.e. scapular, humeral IR)? Tnx!
