Hello Rat! I am back to once again recommend an item for Twitch! This time, i think you should buy the Unending Despair item. It gives 10€ ability haste, 55£ armor, and 400¥ health! With this item you will do damage to enemy champions near you every 7 seconds and heal 250% of that damage. This seems like it would be phenomenal with Twitch's Q move, where you stealth next to them to slowly burn them every 7 seconds. A fantastic item for Tank Twitch! I cannot wait to see you experiment with it!

It was actually a thing last year in mid. Blame the Korean's. That was the time of Double ADC bot though, so people were just trying to win games in the first 5 minutes of the game with an early kill into the 2100 gold Umbral Glaive purchase.
