Beautiful!! Are you using porcelain clay? These are very useful techniques. The best I’ve seen in a long time. The way you use the syringe makes it so much easier.

How much transparent glaze you mixed with your underglaze, before you applied it? Thank you 🤗

It’s hard to quantify. I just added a few drips. It served as flux to underglazes to bring a little shiny to the colors.

what is the advantage of this method compared to the normal dipping method?

1. Dipping is when you have large bucket and enough glaze. What is your option when you don’t have either one of it? 2. What if you have a larger bowl than this one in the demo?

@@hsinchuen Master Lin Yes you did and I was not even thinking about the copper Carbonate turning to green at the higher cone temp. I do know that is so true, I was not even thinking about that.Thank you very much for the info. eddie

In reduction it turns red. In oxidation it is green.

Brushing is the last method I’d use to apply glaze on my work.

@@hsinchuen Is it inconsistent? I often have nowhere near enough glaze on hand to dip or pour on pieces as I'm not set up for volume production.

Yes, the methods I’d use: dip, pour, spray then brush.
