Good promotion for riding a velomobile to work. Unfortunately my work is at 7 km from home and often I just hop onto my regular bike. In summer, when it gets lighte early, I like to take the DF XL to work and get a 50-70 km ride and I detour through beautiful woods N.E. of Utrecht.

This "detour thing" happens to me as well from time to time. I take a 20km detour along the river Rhine.😁

Divorce is always an option. 😉🤣 No, just joking. Let her do a testride. Doesn't need to be a Velomobile... recumbent Trike should do the job.😁

Well I took a risc (regarding divorce) and just ordered my Bulk. It has worked out well so far. No divorce yet.😊

This winter month (unfortunately there has been lots of snowfall, thaw, rain+ freeze, new thaw creating partly/ total hockey rink road conditions but bumpier, slushier. In Stockholm, Sweden. My Bulk velomobile feels not optimal anymore.😢

May I suggest to you my favorite touristic tour. (I have done it with car, partly with boat, bus.) Wiesbaden-Koblenz- Trier along Rhein-Mosel. (And more directly back to Wiesbaden.) Is it possible by velomobile also? Probably a 3 day route... prolonged weekend trip. Besides fantastic views+1800? year old culture stops, it includes some of the best white wein enjoying possibilities in Germany... BR Jan Mickos from Sweden
