I water when the soil is dried. About 10days- 2 weeks

If you put them in a shadier space maybe the variegation would stay? I had to do this with some of my variegated because they would get too much sun and revert back to normal. Something about how much sun they get (too much) causes them to lose the variegation.

Pumice is cheap and easy to buy. Akadama soil is expensive and hard to find. I use Akadama for special succulents only

What are the black and white spots on the succulent? I have them on mine too, worry its aphids or something. So hard to know which belongs in full sun and which to keep in shade.

If it has aphids we can remove the black one. Local succulents we can keep in full sun. Variegated Korean succulents need cover and haworthia need to be in the shade
