Also every time the hunter un-balloons someone for like fixing the chairs, it gives the struggling survivor a lot of advantage like 2.5% of struggle worked the next time it picks it up again

this is why it's more effective harassing a geisha with emma. top geisha's build usually go up and down so they don't have that speed boost when a survivor is on balloon + max struggle just means chaos lol. the geisha did well tho, gardener was just really good at predicting which chair would be used etc etc.
