If some film actor or someone wants to buy a property in Jubilee Hills, first he will give requirement and go for sitting and reason out with landlord on market rate 2.5 lakh per yard to 4 lakhs per yard and close the deal. Time pass people like you who sit and watch eating popcorn wants price?
