In Tranzit, you can open the two spawn doors at the sametime if you put the fan exactly the left edge of the door, saves you the trouble of placing two locations.

I’ve played a LOT of motd and thought I knew all the tricks. But I did not know about that vault/mantle location in Michigan st. Btw there’s another skull skip for the skull right outside of spawn. If you throw the tomahawk at the ceiling above where you get it, you pick up the skull.

I thought that one was common knowledge. It used to be the way you could wallbreach into the cell right in front of it. You would down yourself with a grenade right under the vault, revive yourself, and just as it finishes, you'd vault while in afterlife which would breach you into the cell. Unfortunately, they added a death barrier, so you can't do it anymore.

Some more fun tips and tricks: 1. On Origins Black Ops 2, you can hold two upgraded (has to be upgraded) staves at once. Place one in The Crazy Place on the pedestal as set-up. You must have a free weapon slot (mule kick or papping a weapon to let go). Bring up the "Sekhmet's Vigor" or whatever it's called (revive shot on staff) and then pick up the staff. It doesn't replace your current staff. 2. Shoot while reviving. When reviving, press "Change Weapons". If you want to shoot, it is ideal to crouch so you can look upwards more to kill zombies. 3. Additionally, you can move while reviving. Ideally, you walk up to a person while holding revive, then strafe around them. May have to "claw grip" with default control setup. Need to be looking within like 30° of the player when reviving them, though. 4. On Tranzit, the "Denizens" take 2 normal knifes to kill *before* they latch onto your head. It can be timed with pistol out, but recommended to hold out a turbine (don't place) or use the trick #43 of holding shoot and spamming knife. It takes 1 with a bowie knife or galvaknuckles (before they latch). 5. On Buried, there are multiple methods to get inside the part room for free. The easiest is to go to the cave above the saloon, jump across the gap, then turn around and run straight forward falling down the gap. There are also strafe jumps you can do from the chalk building rooftops to get there. 6. On Buried, Leroy only runs away when they take an instance of damage during his flinch animation. You can shoot him infinitely as long as you don't hit him immediately after your first. 7. On origins, when cleansing the tablet for the G-strikes, you can use the Ice Staff (probably others) charge shot to collect souls if you hold out a zombie shield (iirc). 8. On origins, the ice upgrade (and fire staff riddle) is actually not complicated of a puzzle. They're just different counting systems from "base 10". In simplicity, the icons on the wall is a base 3 counting system and the ones on the tablets to shoot are a base 4 counting. In base 10, you count up to 10 where it becomes two digits. In base 3, you count up to a total of 2 and becomes two "digits" on 3. The solution is to count what the image says in base 3 and convert it to base 4. When you get to "9" in base 3, that's a *third* digit. Example (O is hollow, *O* is solid): If you see a O, it will be "0". If you see a *O*, it's a 1. If you see a two *O* on top of each other, that's a 2. If you see two *O* next to each other, that's counted to "4" . The first O is equal to three. Like how in base 10 the first "1" in "10" is meant to represent ten. So if you have "1" and "5" the number will be 15. It sounds complicated, but it's really easy when it clicks. The symbols up top represent base 4, and you can just count the number of triangles at the ends of the lines. Just triangle = 0. Triangle + line = 1. Line in "L" shape connecting two triangles = 2. "F" looking shape with 3 triangles = 3. There is no 4, as 4 is now a triangle with a line on the left side, with an empty triangle on the right to represent 0. 8b. If you'd like to learn this, i recommend watching a video for visual examples. You'd be able to find a couple videos if you search for "ice staff without memorizing" or w/e. Though, fire staff I just memorized the sequence "11, 5, 9, 7, 6, 3, 4" in left to right on the wall. 9. In multiplayer for Origins, the Maxis drone is capable of reviving other players. But quite notably, it's capable of reviving yourself. You gotta call it before you go down though. Good news is it you can go down in the middle of pulling out the drone. 10. In origins, the "empty perk bottle" dig site can be seen without zombie blood. You can throw a sticky grenade where it currently is and it will show for all players. You won't know whose dig site it is if there are two people with a golden shovel though until one of you try. If you memorize the spawns, you can check every spot every round and get all 8 perk slots easily. Might have to save a zombie though. 11. In Bo2, it's easy to knife a zombie without lunging. Just be pretty close to the zombie and press knife while backing up. Get too far and you'll lunge. Don't move towards a zombie and knife, as that will activate lunge from a medium or medium-far distance (for knifing). This is also possible in Bo1, but is more precise. It's also possible in WaW, but MUCH more difficult. Think you have to stop moving entirely, let zombie get in range to knife, knife, then back up. It's noticeably more clunky in Bo1, and WAY more clunky in WaW. But it's *really* useful when you don't want to knife and pick up a nuke. 12. In Origins, if you have an upgraded staff with "Sekhmet's Vigor", you can revive players from any distance by shooting them. Line up your shot to the center of the player's body and shoot. I wouldn't trust it and I would still continue running or line up another revive shot. 13. In Buried, the witches move slower when they get close to you before they can hit you. They're super easy to avoid if you purposely make them slow then sprint around them. I use this to traverse the witch's house without a single kill, which I uploaded if yall wanna see. I can think of more, but this is all I've got at the top of my head.

Everyone should know how to do the revive while shooting. Also, a personal trick i use: when reloading, tap Y twice to skip the animation. There's only a few where this is useless, but with the vast majority the clip going into the gun or the number changing to full is your cue to double tap Y. Not sure if people knew this but if you didn't there you go!!

For #3 that specifically only works if you've already ridden the tank up to the wooden stairs, or the game will count it as out of bounds and kill you anyway. You can do the same thing by entering the Robot's foot For #45 that should just be a given if you understand how most games function

I feel like the knitting faster, faster speed while hugging a wall, and higher PhD flopper damage while holding a claymore are probably the 3 that caught my eye the most, and that I'll be trying to use more often. The hugging the wall one in specific will be very useful for me while trying to get to downed teammates.

For number 6 you can use that mantle spot to glitch out of the map, they tried to patch it with death barriers but if you’re fast enough and have a revive you’ll get past it

At 0:43 near that mountable ledge you can actually find a hidden mount command underneath the catwalk - right side of wall facing second key location -. It will put you on the left side of the wall and initiate a death barrier. You'll see a gold bar when looking up it's around that area.

The death barrier is tied to the landing platform when you jump from the tank. To get past this, just get up there, walk up wooden stairs and touch the top, and walk back down. Not unless there's an *additional* death barrier for gen 4/5. Which, likely there is. But there's that death barrier too. Speedrunners figured it out and it is in the latest Origins Easter Egg WR speedrun.

As a professional Bo2 ex-griefer, I can confirm that these tips 0:44 , 1:47 , 3:02 , 3:46 are very useful (especially for grief mode!) + If u have emptied the magazine of ur held weapon & switch weapons 2 times in a row quick (YY/△△) and then knife, you can knife particularly quickly in succession.

Trick for Die rise. When you get the sliquifier, head over to the spawn building and go to the stairs next to the SVU wall buy. Keep going until you reach a ledge. Go along the ledge and you’ll see some Chinese symbols. Shoot the top symbol 10 times and the sliquifier will go back to pre patch effectiveness

number 12 is wrong. To put it simply, the game checks which weapon you have out when a zombie dies and in the case of the Ice Staff it plays a special animation. BUT the charge shot lingers on the floor and if you pull out a claymore while it's active, the game will not play the freezing animation because it thinks you're killing zombies with the claymores (the animation that plays instead is the zombies being vaporised). It does not technically affect damage, but in the ice staff's case it can kill more zombies per charge shot
