aerospot2 thanks. I do try to be as safe as I can. It’s not by the book by far. But I still like my Limbs. So I do think a lot before doing. If I was rich I would pay someone else to do it. But I’m poor so I do the best I can. Thankyou for watching.

How is it working Now, My 580D Left Brake is Starting to LOCK UP is their anything I can do to Prevent Damage, Change Fluid, Bleeed Brake etc

Bill Otinger Hey Bill, Sorry I did 't get to your message till now. I'm not sure if there is any way to stop this problem from happening but the sooner you take it apart the less parts you will need. I was going down a hill in 4th gear when it locked up. if the left side would start to show me signs of this problem I will tare it down right away. that's just my thought .. Good luck sir..

On my wife's account sir but I've got a question what was the internal problem that caused the wheel to lock up? I have a 580 C Case Extendahoe backhoe 2 wheel drive model and I was running it and used the differential locking pedal to engage the differential locking gear in the rear end and I heard a pop and now when you lift the machine up it will pull in every gear ( it has the 4 speed shifter in floor with forward and reverse shifter beside steering wheel) but the machine will pull in every gear forward and reverse but the left side tire ( what I call the driver side ) rear tire will not spin it is locked up I'm thinking the actual locker that engages the DIFFERENTIAL is what broke I'm trying to repair it and before breaking it down would like some insight on what it could be to better pin point my issue. Also the right rear tire leaks axle fluid I'm thinking bad axle seal? The previous owner replaced the brakes and I'm thinking he could've pinched the seal during install or didn't install correctly ..

the brakes are self adjuster everytime you stop in rev. , back off the brakes i for got how but it was pretty eaze adjuster is on both side and the best i remember it would not move in rev. but would in forw.

Hi, I went all out and bought a 580C Backhoe. Grandson run it out of fuel. Now it will not start. Can you give me any help? I would be forever grateful to you.

we ran our case 590 turbo out of fuel and it was a pain to get it started because the filters went dry and had to refill. I can't really remember what we exactly did but I'm sure there must be a bleeder by the injectors or filter to bleed the air.

take lines lose and bleed the air out , use the hand pump and fill the filter by hand first
