First question - 172 sec cycle time is a cycle time of the first part (in the begining of the production) or it's a cycletime in full automatic mode? Another question about material - PMMA is not a best material for the car light in case of ultraviolet absorption and scratch resistance. Why not PA12? Will this lights be covered with film (against scratching and ultraviolet) next?
