595 Craft and Kitchen: Making of Tom Kha Pasta

A dish that was initially a temporary item on the menu but has recently become a permanent fixture at 595 Craft and Kitchen is their Tom Kha Pasta. As their menu states, this pasta contains, "fettuccine, charred ginger garlic chicken, blistered cherry tomatoes, pickled fresno chilis, cilantro, and thai basil oil." This goes well with one of their numerous beers that they have on tap.
