Why should we wait to Eternity to see win Worley the Holy Spirit has given him a mission to tell us to go forth to take the kingdom take the Giants just ask Joshua and Caleb did. Creation waited on tiptoes waiting for the manifestations of the sons of God even Peter and James and John waiting on tiptoes waiting for the manifestation of the sons of God. Awaiting for us to manifest upon the Earth let us move in the veil of our flesh and let the old man and let the Holy Spirit within us for without him we can do nothing. John 21:25 explains your concerns, "And there are also many other things that Jesus did, which if they were written one by one, I suppose that even the world itself could not contain the books that would be written. Amen." Additionally, I think we need to look at the text through the eyes of the first Christians who were first to the Israelites, which means we need to understand their culture. From my understanding, the rabbi's could bind or loose, as in to allow something or to not allow something. I believe this is the same idea or what it was / is suppose to have always been. What the leaders of the body of Christ, the first Apostles, NOT the Catholic Church, or basically as in Paul's writings, teachings, and instructions is a good example of what became bound and allowed under certain conditional requirements. I am not saying pastor Worley is wrong or right. Just looking at this scripture through the filter of who it was written to, which was first to the Jews and then to the gentiles.

I beg to disagree from your teaching on binding and loosing as in its context of mat18:18 has nothing to deliverance from demonic world..…to bind and loose, a very usual phrase in the Jewish schools, was spoken of things, not of persons…. One might produce thousands of examples out of their writings….the reader sees abundantly enough both the frequency and common use of this phrase, and the sense of it also; namely, first, that it is used in doctrine, and in judgments, concerning things allowed or not allowed in the law. Secondly, that ‘to bind” is the same with to forbid, or to declare forbidden. To think that Christ, when he used the common phrase was not understood by his hearers in the common and vulgar sense, shall I call it a matter of laughter or of madness? …Hence they [the Apostles] bound, that is, forbade, circumcision to the believers… They loosed, that is, allowed, purification to Paul and to four other brethren for the shunning of a scandal, (Acts 21:24). From the many examples of “bind” and “loose” in the Jewish writings, we can see that they referred to “forbidding” or “permitting” something, and they were used of things, such as rules and regulations, not of people. The rabbis did not bind or loose people. “Binding” (forbidding) and “loosing” (permitting) were necessary because the Law of Moses could not contain all the regulations necessary to govern a congregation and society. Therefore, the religious leaders were required to “bind” and “loose” activities in the congregation that were not specifically included in the Law of Moses. This was true in Jesus’ day, and is still true today.

They did not act arbitrarily, nor did they operate apart from the Holy Spirit (Acts 2:42-47; 4:28-33). BUT you've misapply that teaching to include binding Satan. There is no scriptural command to bind Satan, nor is there any biblical example of the practice. Satan remains at large as the "prince of the power of the air" (Ephesians 2:2) until he is chained or bound (by an angel, not a human being) during the millennial reign of Christ (Revelation 20:1-3). The disciples cast out demons, but they never bound them or Satan. Thus your claim is unscriptural and so it is NOT acceptable. Please study your bible properly for your application.
